Reflexology
Reflexology is a holistic wellness treatment that can help you achieve a state of physiological relaxation through the use of specialized hand techniques applied to reflex points on the hands, ears or feet that correspond with glands and organs of the body. This helps calm the nervous system to restore balance, reduce stress and relieve tension which leads to improved physical, emotional and mental health.
Foot Reflexology - 45-minute session - $55
Hand Reflexology - 20-minute session - $25
Ear Reflexology - 10-minute session - $10
Reiki
Reiki is an energetic healing modality that creates balance for the body, mind and spirit. The treatment is completed with the client fully clothed while the practitioner uses gentle-touch or hovers their hands inches above the client in order to transfer Reiki’s healing energy where it is needed until the natural flow of energy is restored. A typical session ranges from 45 - 60 minutes including intake prior to the session and feedback after the session.
